This inexpensive activity, will keep your active children occupied as well as improving eye and hand coordination while practicing their throwing skills.
Younger children will need some assistance. Its heaps of fun and laughter, mom and dad older sisters and brothers can also join in; this activity is a great family fun experience.
What You Will Need:
• A large cardboard box
• Masking Tape
• Felt pens
• Outdoor chair
• A brick or large book
• Scissors or Stanley knife
• Soft balls, small bean bag balls are also good
• Colored paints
What To Do:
Tape masking tape to all sides of the cardboard box. Draw a clowns face with a large mouth on one side, have your children color the clowns face with bright paints.
Using scissors or Stanley knife cut out the crowns mouth, and then place the box on the outdoor chair. Put the brick or heavy book on the inside of the box so the box is not able to fall.
Now its fun time, show your children to throw the ball or bean bag through the mouth of the clown. As your children’s aim improves have them stand a little further back each time, most children love a challenge.
Your children will love trying to feed the clown with the balls; it is a great family activity.

“Magazine Picture Puzzles” toddlers activity guide & fun activity for toddler

A cheap and easy way to make you own family puzzles your children will enjoy for years.
What You Need:
• Large magazine pictures
• Glue, Glue stick is best to use
• Scissors
• Thick cardboard
What To Do:
Cut out some large pictures from the magazine with your child, have your child choose the pictures to make the puzzle.
Help your child cut out the pictures to use, then glue the picture onto the cardboard. Once the picture is dry, cut into puzzle shapes. Then Have your child put the puzzle back together.
Using this easy puzzle activity, the variety of puzzles is endless, offering your children loads of interesting, educational and family time together.
